Striped towels are provided for outdoor use.
Use shower before and add shock after each hot tub use.
Parents are responsible for keeping breakables out of their children’s reach.
Secure all outdoor items, including hot tub lid.
Kindly report any issues or damage promptly.
Refunds will not be given for acts of nature or other issues beyond the owner/hosts' control, including, but NOT limited to snow, ice, power outages, King tides, wildfire smoke or amenities listed not being available.
No events or gatherings without prior approval and additional event fee, including photoshoots.
